Description

ViaNobis - Integration Assistance for People with Mental Disabilities and Addiction is a residential and support service in the districts of Heinsberg, Aachen, Mönchengladbach, Viersen and Krefeld, for adult individuals who are struggling with their daily lives.

We support each person according to their needs and wishes - not more, but also not less.


Your responsibilities:

  • Counseling, support, care and assistance for people with mental and intellectual disabilities in a residential facility (special living arrangement) as well as in their individual social environment
  • Crisis intervention
  • Promoting the independence of our clients and developing realistic future perspectives and individual daily structures together
  • Supporting our clients in participating in various areas of life
  • Assessing individual needs and implementing goal planning

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed training as a social care worker, occupational therapist, educator or nursing professional (m/f/d) with experience in the abovementioned field
  • Class B driver's license and willingness to work in shifts
