Your responsibilities

Managing a department, including providing onetime and ongoing assistance according to Section 67 of the German Social Code (SGB XII)
Coordinating appointments in the benefits office
Processing invoices
Handling benefit claims
Collaborating with relevant agencies and other government bodies
Advising clients
Maintaining statistics
Supporting other departments
