Your responsibilities

  • General secretarial tasks
  • Scheduling of classes and exams
  • Communication and advising of students
  • Support in public relations
Your profile

  • Successfully completed vocational training
  • Proficient in computer skills (MS Office, modern office communication systems)
  • Experience in public relations and university administration with its processes is desirable
  • Committed, resilient, flexible, and reliable personality
  • Good knowledge of English is desirable
