We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Outbound Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d) for our European headquarters in Mainz-Mombach, Germany. This is an exciting opportunity to strengthen our growing team in a fast-paced and rapidly expanding company.

Our new Outbound Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d) will focus on solving specific project tasks related to inventory movements of finished products, including the outbound and warranty activities of our company.

In this position, you will be the key to order processing and play a crucial role in revenue generation. As an Outbound Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d), you will report directly to our Director of European Sales.

General tasks and responsibilities include the following:

In collaboration with Rider Support and the Head of Warranty Warehouse, you will develop solutions and processes to ensure timely delivery of our warranty shipments.
You will work closely with local and international sales teams to guarantee timely deliveries.
With the help of the warranty warehouse and Rider Support, you will handle the processing of outstanding warranty shipments.
You will be responsible for all shipments to our direct and indirect markets, including bikes/frames, parts/accessories, wheels/rims, and clothing.
