Description
  • Monitoring of IT systems, networks, and applications including 1st / 2nd level support, particularly for operating systems (Windows, Linux) and IT networks
  • Analysis and handling of incident reports, as well as diagnosis of affected components and initiation of corrective measures
  • Handling of user inquiries via telephone regarding hardware, operating systems, applications, and networks in the areas of systems and clients
  • Installation, configuration, commissioning, administration, and monitoring of IT and communication services infrastructure, taking into account current security aspects
  • Implementation of optimization measures in the service-specific continuous improvement process
  • Completed education in the IT field or a comparable qualification
  • Approximately 3 years of professional experience in system administration, as well as experience in messaging services and/or in the field of MMHSBw/CIR
  • Good knowledge in the area of network administration and administration of directory services
  • Willingness to work in shifts and solid knowledge of ITIL and Microsoft
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, combined with a motivated and solution-oriented work style
  • Fluent German language skills in both spoken and written form
