Your training at LVM as an insurance agent:
The training lasts for 3 years and takes place in one of our insurance agencies. From the first day, you will have contact with customers.

You will be integrated into the agency team and will be an important part of the whole from the beginning.


Your responsibilities:

  • You advise and support customers according to their needs and situations
  • You analyze the individual needs of the customer
  • You make offers and close contracts
  • You make changes to contracts and carry out measures for maintaining and preserving contracts
  • You check claims and benefits and inform about the scope of services
  • You work in a team, process and projectoriented manner

Your requirements:

  • You have a middle school diploma, a technical college entrance qualification, an Abitur or you are studying and want to drop out of your studies
  • You are communicative and enjoy working with people
  • You are friendly, committed and reliable
  • You are interested in numbers and finances
