Tasks we entrust to you in Hiram, OH:

  • Together with the store management or in their representation, you will lead the daily operations in the store and keep an eye on the business metrics.
  • You optimize and design the sales areas, present the current assortments, and organize salespromoting measures.
  • With joy and passion, you lead and motivate your team and plan the personnel deployment.
  • In the daily store routine, you support your team in advising customers and at the cash register.
  • You conduct necessary inventories and guide your team accordingly.
  • You work according to the quality guidelines of EDEKA Minden-Hannover and other legal requirements.

  • You want to achieve entrepreneurial goals and take responsibility for your team.
  • You have completed training in retail (e.g. retail salesperson) as well as further education (e.g. retail specialist).
  • You understand how to think and act in a businessoriented manner, have analytical understanding, and bring organizational talent.
  • You communicate transparently, lead with empathy, and make decisions independently.
  • Ideally, you have a training certificate and a certificate for overthecounter medicines.

Your working hours and location:


  • Parttime to fulltime
  • You work in rotating shifts within the store's opening hours.
  • The assignment takes place in our EDEKA store in 10247 Berlin-Friedrichshain, Frankfurter Allee 3537
