Our long-standing client company in 88400 Biberach-Riss is currently looking for a
Warehouse and Transport Specialist (m/f/d) to join their team until December 31, 2023.

Monthly salary: 3,300 euros to 3,900 euros

Our client is a pharmaceutical company founded in 1885 and is the largest research-based pharmaceutical company in Germany. The company's core business is researching, developing, manufacturing, and distributing medicines for humans and animals.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Processing customer and productspecific shipping orders according to shipping SOP, ensuring compliance with GMP documentation.
  • Handling customerspecific special packaging and hazardous goods of various classes.
  • Creating tamperproof packaging to ensure product protection and safety.
  • Loading pharmaceutical products onto various modes of transportation, such as refrigerated trucks or air freight containers.
  • Ensuring secure loading according to regulations for air, road, and sea transportation.
  • Processing picking, shipping, and transport orders in the SAP inventory management system and ensuring proper documentation of all goods movements.
  • Responsible for GMPcompliant documentation of identity, quantity, quality, and external condition.

Requirements:


  • Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or equivalent experience in the logistics field with several years of professional experience.
  • Forklift license.
  • Special knowledge of load securing for all modes of transportation in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of SAP SD, WM, and MM.
