Duties:


  • At least 7 years of experience in CTIP project design, implementation, evaluation, and analysis, including knowledge of the latest research, data, and evidence in CTIP approaches.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading a team in developing priorities, multiyear strategic plans, and work plans for trafficking in persons programming.
  • At least 2 years of experience supervising a team performing work at the GS/1013 equivalent. Experience must demonstrate experience in providing administrative and technical supervision necessary for accomplishing the work of a unit/team.
  • At least 5 years of experience coordinating with USG agencies and multilateral organizations on TIP policy and programming. Demonstrates an ability to work with diverse cultures, prioritize partnerships, and shape actionoriented common goals.
  • At least 5 years of experience in preparing reports and presentations on program planning and evaluation for trafficking in persons programs. Must have experience of presenting policy and program recommendations to senior leadership/managers.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security clearance.
  • Males born after 12/31/1959, must be registered with the Selective Service.

Specialized Experience:


GS-14: You must have five years of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the
GS-13 level in the Federal service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.

Examples of qualifying specialized experience at the next lower level for this position includes
:
a)
Designing and implementing counter trafficking in persons activities;
b) Preparing analysis to provide technical recommendations to senior leadership;
c) Overseeing a team to develop, implement, and evaluate strategies, work plans and priorities;
d) Coordinating with individuals and organizations to develop partnerships and common action-oriented goals.


Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, relevant to the duties of the position to be filled, including volunteer experience.

This position does not have a positive education requirement. Therefore,
no transcripts are required.
