Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Head Server to join our team at a prestigious dining establishment. The Head Server will oversee the dining experience, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and lead the serving staff to deliver highquality service
  • Train new servers on restaurant policies and procedures
  • Supervise daily operations to maintain efficiency and quality standards
  • Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Assist in inventory control and ordering supplies as needed
  • Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
  • Perform cash handling duties accurately

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service industry
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in inventory control and cash handling
  • Knowledge of kitchen management practices is a plus
  • Ability to interview, train, and mentor staff effectively
