Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Head Server to join our team at a prestigious dining establishment. The Head Server will oversee the dining experience, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the serving staff to deliver highquality service
- Train new servers on restaurant policies and procedures
- Supervise daily operations to maintain efficiency and quality standards
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist in inventory control and ordering supplies as needed
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Perform cash handling duties accurately
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service industry
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Proficiency in inventory control and cash handling
- Knowledge of kitchen management practices is a plus
- Ability to interview, train, and mentor staff effectively
Pay:
From $125,000.00 per year
