    Summary

    We are seeking a talented and motivated Manager for our Engineering Test Lab to join our New Product Development team focused on the validation and compliance of ruggedized electronics. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in releasing our products to market and ensuring the products meet reliability goals.

    This is a Safety Sensitive Position.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead and manage a team of test engineers and technicians, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
    • Develop and maintain test plans for products, including schedules and tracking documentation.
    • Maintain the lab budget.
    • Collaborate with a cross-functional team including hardware and software engineers, to create the necessary tools, applications, and equipment for testing a product.
    • Guide the development of automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline the testing process.
    • Drive the implementation of the Test Lab Roadmap, expanding capabilities and developing new processes.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Preferred)
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in test engineering or a related activity.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
    • Knowledge of electronics, reliability engineering, and Environmental and Electrical test equipment.
