    Description

    This role can be located in Albany, GA; Dunn, NC; Raleigh, NC

    Responsibilities

    · Maintaining safety policies and procedures

    · Conduct safety training with company employees

    · Conduct safety presentation during new hire orientation

    · Conduct safety audits

    · Hazard analysis and accident investigations

    · Knowledgeable with OSHA, DOT, FMCSA, and EPA reg.

    · Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines

    · Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety

    · Vehicle registrations

    · International registration Plan (IRP)

    · Reorder tags/ Fuel tax

    · Provide monthly fuel report to Ryder and INL

    · Process 2290's/ FMCSA Data Q/ MCS-150 report

    · Unemployment claims/ Process citations and inspections

    · Deep dive into the Samsara to identify repeat offenders of challenged driving behavior

    · Identify the bottom performers and conducting corrective action and driver's performance action plans

    Qualifications

    · Good knowledge of data and root cause analysis

    · Ability in producing reports and developing relevant policies

    · Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment

    · Excellent communication, time management, and motivational skills

    · Outstanding attention to detail great organization skill, and good observation abilities

    · Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

    · Efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
