We are looking for an

Real Estate Agent as a Landlord - fixed-term for 12 months (m/f/d)

in Braunschweig

Your responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for managing the rental business
  • This includes managing the assigned portfolio (listing maintenance, data management, tenant selection) while adhering to legal regulations
  • You will represent the interests of the owner on site
  • Your tasks will also include negotiating and concluding rental agreements
  • You will support marketing and promotional activities, as well as promoting referral business
