- and process engineering and tooling & fixture construction with a total of 7 colleagues (managers, technicians, engineers)

Technological support for production areas
Identifying and implementing optimization projects
Conceptualizing and coordinating topics such as automation / information technology / digitalization
Timely, costeffective, and qualityoriented planning and execution of inhouse engineering projects for capacity expansion, optimization of existing production facilities and related infrastructure, replacement investments, and new construction of facilities
Evaluation of suitable equipment and suppliers, as well as preparation of technical procurement documents and coordination with purchasing
Acting as a coach for all GMPrelated matters and for qualification and validation projects (EU-GMP / FDA guidelines)
Technical support for detailed and execution planning of projects based on requirements, taking into account legal regulations, as well as environmental protection, safety, existing infrastructure, and affected facilities
System testing, commissioning, and handover of facilities to internal clients, including postcalculation, final report, and preparation of facility documentation for users

You fit in with us

What you bring:

A degree in engineering or equivalent education
Leadership experience
At least 5 years of specific work experience in a highly regulated industry (medical technology, pharmaceuticals, etc.)
Several years of experience in process and system optimization and digitalization in manufacturing
Proven experience in project management
