Education And/Or Experience Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or minimum one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.\par

Mathematical Skills Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Certificates,Licenses, Registrations Louisiana Gaming License, LACT and/or TIPS card required.

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The atmosphere in the casino is always smoke-filled. Must be able to work in a smoking environment.

Additional Duties/ Job Dimensions Regular attendance in conformance with standards, which may be established by Bally's from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to Bally's Attendance Policy. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property. This includes all shifts, weekends and holiday periods. Superior employee and guest service relations.
