    Description

    If you're a senior accountant seeking advancement, our client, a top national manufacturer in an exciting industry, seeks an Assistant Controller.     This role is in office to Horsham, PA. Salary ranges from $90k - $115k depending on experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support budgeting, forecasting, and the creation of projections.
    • Lead the closing process and be responsible for creating corresponding financial reports for all reporting cycles.
    • Collaborate with the Controller to support the financial aspects of local business decisions, with a focus on cost accounting.
    • Assist in the audit process, working directly with external auditors on year-end and interim audit requirements.
    • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations specific to the manufacturing industry.
    • Support the controller in managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities, to maintain financial integrity and transparency.

    Qualifications:

    • Manufacturing experience preferred
    • Public Accounting Experience a plus
    • Must have 5+ years of related experience
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
