- Hire and train new F&B staff
- Responsible for the payroll of the F&B department
- Responsible for ensuring the proper scheduling of staff within the prescribed guidelines.
- Ensure the Breakfast is within Hilton Embassy Suites Brand standards and SOPs are in line
- Responsible for the inventory and purchasing of the F:&B operation
- Ensures stocks are controlled for daily use.
- Manage resources, BEO's in order to keep within set cost guidelines and always be aligned with the forecast and budget.
- Implements on the job training sessions for the department.
- Completes all administrative work required on a daily basis.
- Upholds all health and safety requirements.
- Orders, stocks, inventories, and maintains all liquor storage areas.
- Performs Month End Audits with Income Auditor to ensure quality control
