We are looking for an Operator (m/f/d) for our location in Maple Bluff, WI.

Pressing/Assembly - Plant 3a

Responsibilities:

  • Shaping and processing of ceramic components
  • Operation and supervision of production equipment
  • Setup and monitoring of the granulate press
  • Conducting various measurements
  • Preparation of ceramic components for the sintering process using an automatically controlled stacking machine
  • Operation and assembly of automatically controlled sintering furnaces
  • Inspection, control, and documentation of production results
  • Documentation and data entry in production systems
  • Basic maintenance and cleaning tasks for tools and machines

Requirements:

  • Completed technical education preferred
  • Technical understanding and quality awareness
  • PC skills
  • Resilience
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliability
  • Willingness to work in shifts (3shift system)
