We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team in Ford City, PA and also oversee compliance for our two companies in Germany.


Your challenge:

_Human Resources_

  • Support our employees throughout the entire employee life cycle (recruiting, contract creation, onboarding, compensation management, advice on personnel development, etc.)
  • Act as a consultant and point of contact for managers in all aspects of employee management and development
  • Provide legal support to managers
  • Liaison with external payroll processing
  • Participate in various HR projects
  • Create evaluations, statistics, and reports
  • Implement the HR strategy in close collaboration with the VAMED headquarters in Vienna

_Compliance_

  • Implement and continuously enforce compliance policies in the companies
  • Document all compliancerelated business cases
  • Support audits

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial education
  • Professional experience in HR
  • Enjoy working in a diverse and international environment
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Indepth knowledge of German labor law
  • Attention to detail and selforganization
  • Communicative personality, friendly demeanor, empathy, and handson mentality
