- Continually evolve procurement strategies to meet changing client needs and market demands
- Identify and assess potential suppliers, and negotiate contracts to secure advantageous terms
- Stay informed about market trends and shifts, adapting procurement practices accordingly
- Implement and maintain superior inventory control systems to ensure uninterrupted workflows for the Operations team
- Monitor inventory levels and turnover, making adjustments as needed to optimize stock levels.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Develop and oversee cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or efficiency
