to support our headquarters office in Rockville, MD.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage, organize and track the ACG equipment and laptop inventory via ExcelAssist the CTO in provisioning and programming the laptops before distributing them to new ACG employeesRecord all serial numbers, warranties, and maintenance for all equipmentEducation and Years of Experience:
High School Diploma1 to 3 years of demonstrably successful customer service background
Required Skills:
Strong customer service backgroundExcellent verbal and written communications skillsExcellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to listen and understand what is being described.
Able to clearly explain ambiguous concepts.
The flexibility to work within a team or independently.
Basic understanding of computer terms and customer service operations.
