    Purchasing and Inventory Specialist

    Location:
    Bethesda, MD

    Pay Rate:
    $18/hr - $20/hr

    Our client is seeking a Procurement Specialist with the ability to manage and execute purchase orders through their Infor system.

    The ideal candidate should be able to rapidly and accurately transmit information to the Project Managers and Sales team.


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Tracking back orders
    • Reaching out to vendors
    • Reviewing invoices and approving for payment
    • Collaborating to ship out regional orders and develop purchasing strategies
    • Maintaining RMA's and Returns to Inventory
    • Continually surveying and communicating product availability details to purchasing manager and sales/installation managers

    Requirements:

    • 2 years' experience with data entry and purchasing
    • 2 years of accounting OR inventory software experience
    • Lawson/Infor experience is highly preferred
