    Job Title: Guest Service Valet

    Overview:

    Serve guests hospitably to ensure a positive arrival and departure experience, creating a lasting impression.

    Responsibilities:

    • Customer Acknowledgement: Greet all guests warmly and sincerely. Assist with vehicle and door services.
    • Guest Name Usage: Personalize interactions by using guests' names.
    • Valet Parking: Park and retrieve guests' vehicles promptly and courteously, ensuring proper documentation.
    • Post Position: Move between guest service areas based on customer needs.
    • Luggage Handling: Safely store and deliver luggage, packages, and items weighing up to 75 lbs.
    • Rooming Process: Assist with check-in, check-out, luggage handling, and room escorting.
    • Transportation Assistance: Arrange taxis when needed and provide guest van transportation.
    • Cleanliness Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness in guest service areas and entrance doors.
    • Organizational Tasks: Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
    • Event Coordination: Post daily events and provide information on local attractions.
    • VIP Guest Support: Recognize VIP guests and provide personalized service.
    • Effective Communication: Maintain open communication through all shifts.
    • Emergency Procedures: Follow emergency protocols and assist in critical situations.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Preferred hotel experience.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
    • Effective communication skills and knowledge of hotel services.
    • Ability to handle various customer interactions with patience and tact.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
    • Physical ability to lift and handle luggage, packages, and perform essential job functions.
