    Description
    • You have experience speaking to customers telephonically to provide information about products and services, while updating electronic records simultaneously.
    • You are able to individually manage an investigation of customer concerns by coordinating and communicating with other departments, which include Managers, Teammates and Clients.
    • You have keyboard and listening skills.
    • You can keep your cool under any circumstance.
    • You are reliable and strong attendance history.
    • You bilingual- Spanish speaker not required but a PLUS
    • You are a good team player You come to work, you're professional and have a positive attitude.

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • At least 3 years of experience in a call center environment
    • Keyboard typing skills with the ability to type and talk to customers simultaneously
    • Must be able to type 40-60 wpm
    • Ability to work a variety of shifts, if needed

    Compensation:

    $19/HR

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
