- Monitor the Licensing team email for department and representative requests and inquiries to representatives' licensing and registration details.
- Monitor, review and analyze daily queues for representative changes and begin the workflow process to update changes across company systems.
- Facilitate the maintenance of representative records within Modern Woodmen, MWAFS and regulatory systems.
- Build positive relationships by providing professional, friendly, and timely service and guidance to representatives via phone and email.
- Track and process representatives' completion of annual regulatory continuing education requirements.
- Assist senior licensing staff with the dissemination of information and collection of fees surrounding the annual licensing renewal program.
- Assist with various statistical reporting as needed.
- Ability to pass FINRA Series SIE exam within 90 days of hire. We provide time to study during work hours to help you achieve this goal.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in customer service, data entry and business writing.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Organize and prioritize daily tasks to work both independently and with a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Teams, and other computer-based programs.
- Pay: The hourly pay for this position is $21.00. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
- Work Arrangements: This is a full-time hybrid position: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), Monday- Friday, with flexible start time between 7:00AM-9:00AM. Hybrid positions work at least 3 days in office and the remaining days each week working from home.Employees beginning to work in a new hybrid role will be asked to work on-site (5 days a week) during the initial training period which may be up to 1 year.
