    POSITION SUMMARYThe Social Media Coordinator will manage up a solid social media strategy through planning, executing, and collaborating with the Marketing and Communications Manager, including assisting in the creation of written, video, and photo content. Additionally, the Coordinator will assist during events and produce live social media content at the direction of the Manager. They will have the ability to discern representation and protection of the RLR brand. They will have a heart to honor and dignify those we serve through their work.

    This position will directly report to the Marketing and Communications Manager.
    RESPONSIBILITIES · Work with the Marketing and Communications Manager to promote RLR facilities, programs, services, and special events via photos and/or videos.· Contribute toward the overall Marketing and Communications strategy with best-practice and creative social platform concepts.· Collaborate with Tim Tebow Foundation marketing on social strategy and cross-promotion.· Capture engaging photos and/or videos to support the creative process of marketing content for all RLR facilities, programs, service, and special events.· Assist in the creation, editing, and proofing of written, video, and photo content.· Direct the development and design of graphical and video content for social media posts.· Assist with maintaining a consistent identity of RLR by following the departmental brand guidelines while meeting RLR's marketing requirements.· Think creatively and assist with development of a robust photo and video library for digital content.· Coordinate the planning and scheduling of content to be published on social media.· Other duties as assigned.


    JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONSThe requirements listed below are representative of the minimum education and/or hands-on experience necessary to perform each essential responsibility.· Bachelor's degree in digital marketing or a similar field with 1-3 years of relevant work experience or related internships.· Experience and proficiency in design programs such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Filmora.· Must love and have a passion for working with individuals of all backgrounds, ages, and abilities.· Displays excellent written and oral communication skills.· Experience with content creation and social media best practices.· Ability to provide photography and photo editing for social media and or website.· Creative and technical aptitude.· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.· Basic knowledge of programs and services offered by Rising Light Ridge.· Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, start-up environment.· Ability to perform a variety of tasks outside in various climates.
