The Role

With eight operating divisions located nationwide, OSG offers securities execution, clearance, and information management services to a variety of clients. The Alternative Investment analyst/facilitator plays a crucial role in the OSG organization, helping to process client transactions accurately and efficiently. Attention to detail and precision are essential. The ideal candidate must handle high volume workloads and manage multiple client requests within tight deadlines. Additionally, the role involves monitoring compliance with internal guidelines and fostering strong relationships within various functional AI teams. Serving as a trainer/facilitator, **you will be responsible for onboarding new associates and conducting training sessions on various AI functions, applications, and workflows.

The Team
As an analyst in the Alternative Investments operations space, **you will be part of a dynamic team handling complex products and resolving inquiries via phone calls or emails. **You will serve as a primary contact for AI associates, offering a dedicated and balanced approach to building trust and confidence. **You will become an SME in functional workflows and processes for Alternative Investments.
The base salary range for this role is $52,000-$83,000 annually.Salary placement depends on job responsibilities, location, experience, and other factors.
Base salary is just one component of the total compensation package, which may include bonuses or additional variable compensation.
