To strengthen our accounting department, we are looking for a Junior Accountant (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible, either fulltime or parttime.

Job Description:


Your responsibilities:

  • Processing of ongoing business transactions in the areas of accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Clarification and reconciliation of accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as handling of open items and reminders
  • Examination, allocation, and posting of incoming invoices in compliance with all legal regulations
  • Creation and sending of outgoing invoices
  • Booking of bank transactions (incoming and outgoing payments)
  • Preparation of payment runs
  • Timely preparation of payroll
  • Point of contact for questions related to payroll
  • Issuance of certificates
  • Correspondence with health insurance companies and authorities
  • Management and maintenance of personnel master data and files
