- Draft presentations appropriate for lay audiences.
- Develop conference materials and integrated communications to support events

- Proven external and/or corporate communications professional ideally in and FMCG or pharmaceutical company.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to interact with senior business leaders and experts within a large international company.
- Ability to engage a range of external stakeholders and provide objective, persuasive point of view.

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Reporting to the Director of Science Engagement and Communications, the Senior Manager for Science Communications will support the development and implementation of an all-inclusive external communication strategy supporting the company's Scientific Research and Development function.
The Senior Manager for Science for Science Communications will develop external communications materials to promote the company's scientific rigor behind its products and regulatory requirements.
This position will coordinate activities in the following areas: public relations, media relations, issues message development, content creation, reputation management, internal event-planning, and support for external events.
This role will be pivotal in developing and communicating the organization's focus on science and adherence to regulatory compliance.
