Customer-oriented & pioneering.

In this role, you and your international team will be responsible for building a competitive, global brand and product portfolio in the Agriculture business line with the goal of increasing market share and profitability for each product group.

Your responsibilities.

  • Disciplinary and professional leadership, as well as strategic development of the global Product Management team in the Agriculture business line
  • Definition and alignment of brand and product portfolio strategy, taking into account the requirements of company-wide stakeholders (e.g. Regional Area Sales)
  • Establishment of the portfolio/innovation roadmap in coordination with development and sales
  • Derivation of global margin targets in coordination with marketing and various sales units
  • Promotion of brand and product communication to strengthen brand awareness

What you bring to the table.

  • Degree in engineering and/or business
  • Extensive experience in a senior product/brand/portfolio/sales management role in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the agricultural sector
  • Deep industry knowledge of relevant brands, products, and customers is advantageous
  • Excellent English and German skills
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, assertiveness, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary and international collaboration
