Our client, a highly reputable global professional membership organization, is seeking an Account Manager to provide administrative support and deliver exceptional service to their membership body.

This role primarily involves remote work, with occasional office visits in Frankfurt 2-4 times per month.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality customer service to members, primarily through email and occasionally over the phone
Process and clean data in Salesforce, including membership fulfillment
Handle communications with members
Assist with general office administration related to member services
Generate reports from the database
Process and reconcile membership renewals and upgrades
