    We're hiring for the position of Accounts Receivable Collections Analyst:

    • Manage open receivables through customer communication via emails and phone calls to optimize DSO
    • Coordinate with clients' Accounts Payable teams to ensure timely cash collection
    • Resolve complex client issues and escalate when necessary
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive collections and resolve payment-related matters
    • Identify areas for process improvement and operational enhancements
    Requirements:
    • 3+ years of finance or accounting experience in B2B Accounts Receivable or Collections
    • Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
    • Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • Goal-driven, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and finance tools, experience with Netsuite, Tesorio, Trovata, Stripe is a plus
