We are looking for strong and motivated Service Engineer/SRE to help us continue driving the Azure Data Explorer / Real Time Analytics revolution.Responsibilities
- Evaluate and contribute to product service design architecture review specifications improve upon core processes.
- Design adopt industry best practices online services disaster recovery FMEA business continuity monitoring alerting service health measurement write nonfunctional code improve availability reliability develop automated solutions reduce manual errors productivity Live Site Management Almost all Microsoft relies Azure Data Explorer Kusto keeping business running fuels passion team systems high availability performance SRE part global team huge scale live sites 24X7 follow Sun model delivering best service within Microsoft external customers Work closely peer engineering teams defining implementing improvements service monitoring reporting enhance reliability capability Identify system problems recommend monitoring solutions automation processing efficiency stability Provide engineering design incident problem management change security compliance Manage availability capacity security ROI given workloads environmental requirements resources Design manage CI CD processes product collaborating Developers groups Leveraging AI driven solutions proactive incident management autonomous troubleshooting predictive capacity planning automated root cause analysis etc Qualifications Bachelor Degree Computer Science Information Technology Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Aerospace Engineering Data Science Cybersecurity related field AND 3 years technical experience software engineering network engineering service engineering systems engineering industrial controls OR equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor Degree Computer Science Information Technology related field AND 5 years technical experience software engineering network engineeringserviceengineering systemsengineering OR equivalentexperience Technical skill required include cloud services preferably Azure Database BigData Systems BCDR CI/CD pipeline Systemdesign Architecture large scale online services Ability effectively interact with customers both internal external Microsoft Deep understanding cloud services preferably Azure PowerShell Git software security concepts Experience Kubernetes Linux AKS plus Previous working DevOpsenginemodel.
