- Advertise job openings across multiple channels (e.g. job boards, careers pages and social platforms)
- Coordinate with department managers and team leaders to identify current and future hiring needs.
- Manage candidates' information (e.g. resumes and contact details) in our Applicant Tracking System
- Conduct pre-employment screening including reference checks, backgrounds, and drug screenings.
- Ensure proper onboarding for new hires.
- Ability to work 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday in office.
- Meet weekly KPI Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter, Staffing Coordinator or similar role with 3 year minimum experience in a staffing industry
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and resume databases (Avionte Bold a plus)
- Experience with interviewing and evaluating candidates
- Bilingual
- Solid organizational skills
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
