    Position Summary
    ENLACE Mentor will recruit and mentor students at various high schools.
    ENLACE Mentor is responsible for meeting and mentoring students each week.
    ENLACE Mentor will file participation forms, transcripts, and continually update ENLACE binders.
    ENLACE Mentor will provide academic support and create a welcoming environment for all students who attend the program.
    ENLACE Mentor will outreach, recruit, and present monthly workshops at high school sites.
    ENLACE Mentor will check and respond to emails sent by students and ENLACE colleagues.

    ENLACE Mentors will develop and maintain positive relationships with the students, families, teachers, administrators, and staff at their assigned high school site.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience working with students in school settings.
    Experience working with community organizations.
    Bilingual, English and Spanish preferred.
    Previous experience with ENLACE preferred.

    Must have work study award.
