    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and contribute to the design process for large-scale residential developments.
    • Utilize your expertise in Civil 3D or Carlson Civil Suite to deliver high-quality, innovative designs.
    • Collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure efficient project execution and timely completion.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
    • 5 years of experience in land site development.
    • Proficiency in utilizing Civil 3D or Carlson Civil Suite.
    • Possession of a Professional Engineering license or ability to obtain one.
