Responsibilities:

Warmly greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth transition to their dining experience.
Manage the seating chart to optimize table turnover and accommodate guest preferences.
Provide accurate wait times and manage reservations effectively to minimize guest wait times.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff to coordinate seating and ensure timely service.
Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and special requests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host/hostess station and lobby area.
Monitor and manage the flow of guests in the restaurant to maintain a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
Assist in resolving guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak dining hours.
Positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service to guests.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to meet the demands of our business and uphold our commitment to exceptional service and hospitality.

Requirements:

Previous experience using reservation management software is a plus.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
