    Required Skill Sets
    ·

    BS in Mechanical or Civil Engineering from a reputable university
    ·

    0 - 4 years of engineering-related work experience
    ·

    Course work and/or experience must be relevant to HEA's project history
    ·

    Desire to seek Professional Engineering license as soon as eligible
    ·

    Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to read and write English
    ·

    Ability to self-manage multiple short-term projects
    ·

    Outside the box thinking
    ·

    In-person jobsite visits and direct client communication
    ·

    Familiarity with engineering specific software (ANSYS, RISA, STAAD, AutoCAD, MathCAD, etc.)
