    We are a reputable leader in the health insurance industry, committed to delivering top-notch coverage and personalized service to our valued clients in multiple states.

    As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a proficient and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team.

    This role is pivotal in assessing the health of our insurance book of business by analyzing monthly statements, tracking client data, and managing revenue streams.

    Position Overview:

    You will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our health insurance portfolio. You will be responsible for analyzing monthly health insurance policy statements, monitoring client counts, tracking client acquisition and attrition, and overseeing revenue streams. Proficiency in our CRM system is a must, and experience in bookkeeping and accounting is highly desirable.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Data Analysis: Analyze monthly health insurance policy statements to evaluate the performance and health of our book of business.

    Client Tracking: Maintain a detailed record of the number of clients with each provider, track client acquisition and losses, and analyze trends by geographic area and sub-company.

    Revenue Management: Monitor and report on revenue streams related to health insurance policies, including premiums, claims, and financial data.

    CRM Expertise: Utilize our CRM system to input, update, and retrieve critical client information, interactions, and activities.

    Bookkeeping and Accounting Support: Leverage your bookkeeping and accounting experience to assist in financial reconciliations and ensure accurate financial reporting.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics).
    • Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably in the insurance industry.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and data management.
    • Bookkeeping and accounting experience is a significant advantage.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • A passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
