Work Shifts:

Tour 2

8 AM - 4 PM

Specializes in Front Desk / Reception clerical assignments

Answers phone calls and directs to the proper sources

Continually monitors legal status of patients - visits wards to gather documents and interact with clinic staff

Works closely with Coordinating Manager and Director

Monitors the environment of the office suites/ courtroom

Assist in maintaining calendar of Director and scheduling meetings

Participates in meetings and huddles when necessary

Requisitions office supplies and equipment

Runs and types reports as needed

Practices contingency plans are initiated during emergencies such as IT and power outages

Monitors compliance as per OMH, JC, and CMS standards

Provides HIPPA compliant patient appointment Information with agencies and other sites as required

Assist with Performance Improvement & Quality Assurance reports and data collection

Records and types meeting minutes

Requisitions in-house supplies

May assist in other units within Behavioral Health as needed including clinics


Minimum Qualifications:


  • A high school diploma or its educational equivalent; and
  • Six (6) months of full-time satisfactory clerical experience and/or experience interacting with the public, such as processing sales; taking, processing, and delivering orders; obtaining and dispensing information; listening to and resolving customers concerns, problems, and complaints; and/or performing related customer service activities.
