    Job Description

    Purpose of Position: As a valuable member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients within a designated unit. Your role involves diagnosing and treating various health problems through nursing interventions such as health teaching, counseling, and delivering supportive care to promote well-being.

    • Identifying and addressing physical and psycho-social symptoms in patients.
    • Developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans.
    • Documenting patient care plans and progress notes for continuity of care.

    Minimum Qualifications

    1. Must hold a valid New York State license and be registered to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in NY.

    2. Obtain a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
