    Job Opportunity: Custom Structural Design Engineer

    We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Custom Structural Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for creating custom steel fabrications for structural and building designs, this might be the perfect fit for you!

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform structural analysis, design, and documentation of site structures, architectural features, and complex projects.
    • Develop structural designs for a variety of materials that undergo different loading conditions.
    • Create innovative planning and design concepts for various projects.
    • Assess design requirements based on customer needs and company standards.
    • Revise, review, and coordinate construction documents to ensure they meet project specifications.
    • Support construction administration by conducting site visits and collaborating with project management teams.
    • Prepare presentation drawings, proposal materials, and participate in both internal and external presentations.
    • Manage and guide junior staff and assist in their training.
    • Contribute to the development of design standards, tools, and specifications.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in civil or architectural engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural and civil engineering.
    • Professional Engineer (PE) certification required; Structural Engineer (SE) license a plus.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues and clients.
    • Proficient in CAD, Revit, RAM Structural Systems, RISA, SAP, and similar programs, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
