Description
This position oversees online activities for the company, to include marketing, advertising and web maintenance.

This position is in charge of all aspects of web design and development, including marketing, with a goal of maximizing web traffic, conversion rates and user participation.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Works to ensure AFP's brand message is properly communicated and consistently conveyed in voice, tone and style in the right media.
  • Partners with external vendors to develop and execute successful Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies and campaigns.
  • Develops reports for monitoring eCommerce performance, trend data, and key indicators. Makes recommendations for action plans as needed.
  • Ownership of site functionality for online purchasing, to include oversight of all digital communication and customer service requests transmitted through digital platforms.
  • Oversees visual and informational presentations on all related websites.
  • Ensures daytoday operational reliability of webbased assets, platforms and programs, assist with resolving platform interruptions.
  • Manages service providers and other third
- party relationships that directly impact AFP's digital tools and platforms.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities Required:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience Required:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
  • 5 years of experience in ecommerce and digital marketing preferred.
