    Ensure customer satisfaction through timely processing of requests for information, quotations and sample parts. Prepare strategy, goals metric, and motivators for NA Aftermarket channels. Measure channel performance, recommend areas for improvement, execute on recommendation. Develop sustainable and scalable channel management processes with the end goal to profitably grow the NA Aftermarket revenues.

    Scalable Meaning

    Processes can be effectively transferred or expanded to additional Aftermarket Sales hires as revenue justifies.
    Aftermarket channel processes leverage existing LF (IBU & EBU) channel management processes and systems where reasonably applicable.
    Actively pursue and win strategic accounts that would increase our overall market share.

    Major Duties/Responsibilities

    Budgetary sales responsibility of nominally $15-20M in annual sales
    Responsible for hiring, training, and managing 30-40 independent sales reps.
    Responsible for maintaining and renewing of all customer contracts.
    Responsible for coordinating all internal departments responsibilities and their communication to the customer to optimize the customer experience.
    Responsible for maintaining the profitability of each account. (Would include but not limited to annual price increases, alternate sourcing, etc.)
    Responsible for managing Littelfuse brand in all marketing materials including catalogs, packaging, and sales promotional materials.
    Develop cross functional teams within the ABU to maximize sales potential for additional sales via complimentary product lines.
    Compile information (e.g. specifications, drawings, marketing comparisons, etc.) necessary to complete and furnish quotations to customers
    Issues Sales Releases authorizing actions to adapt new products for aftermarket sales via retail packaging.
    Issues, and monitors requests for samples
    Coordinate sales information to and from customers via Chicago office, Mt. Prospect, internal departments, and production departments.
    Liaison between product planning and production.
    Indirectly manage 4-5 off-sight internal customer service representatives that have direct contact with customers

    Requirements

    5-10 years sales experience in automotive aftermarket
    Direct experience managing a team of independent Field Sales Representatives.
    Experience in Mechanical/Electrical engineering
    BS Engineering degree is highly desirable
    Advanced knowledge of electro-mechanical devices
    Ability to read mechanical drawings
    Working knowledge of automobiles and their components
    Fluent in Microsoft Office
