    Description

    SEASONAL FULL-TIME 7AM-2PM.

    3 FULL-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE FOR CAMP SEASON. GREAT HOURS AND NO WEEKENDS MAKE THIS SUMMER, THE BEST SUMMER AND JOIN THE Y-TEAM AT CAMP LYNDON IN SANDWICH.

    Position Summary:

    Responsible for preparation and packaging of food for the Summer Food Program.


    Essential Functions:


    • Prepares and packages food.
    • Ensures that food is properly prepared following Serve Safe methods, is quality assured, and distributed in a professional and efficient manner.
    • Maintains appropriate storage of food and food service equipment
    • Maintains cleanliness ensuring kitchen and dining areas are clean and organized. Uses age-appropriate cleaning method, ie. hand wash dishes and equipment.
    • Maintains a positive, professional, and customer service environment.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:


    • Minimum 15 years of age.
    • High school diploma/GED preferred.
    • Experience in food service preparation preferred.
    • Excellent human relation skills, good organizational and communication skills.

    Physical Demands:

    Sufficient strength, agility and mobility to perform essential functions of position.
