Warranty and Guarantee Administrator (m/f/d) for East Sandwich

TIP Trailer Services, headquartered in Amsterdam, is one of the leading service providers in the transport and logistics industry in Europe and Canada.

We specialize in the rental of manufacturer-independent commercial vehicles for transport and logistics companies.

In our 130 workshops - 26 in Germany and others in 18 countries - we maintain and repair trailers and commercial vehicles together with 3,000 colleagues and offer other industry-related services.

For our location in East Sandwich, we are looking for support:

Warranty and Guarantee Administrator (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Order processing with warranty handling and manufacturer's goodwill
Processing of secretarial and assistant tasks
Invoicing of service orders
File management and document administration, as well as filing and follow-up

Your profile:

Completed training as an office management clerk (preferably in the automotive sector) or comparable
Confident and friendly demeanor with different business partners, employees, and colleagues
Independent and structured way of working
Strong team and communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Very good MS Office skills
