    Job Description

    Job DescriptionBreading Table Team Member is a crucial part of our operation. It is a fast-paced position that requires a person to perform at a high level. You will be required to lift 50lbs or more consistently. Pay : $16-20/hr, 40 hrs a week
    General Responsibilities:
    • Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards
    • Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times
    • Setting up Breading Table by Chick-fil-A Standards
    • Preparing Milk Wash each morning
    • Fileting and Breading Chicken in accordance with Lean Fileting and Lean Cooking
    • Be the main person breading chicken during breakfast and lunchtime rushes.
    • Stocking Thawing Cabinets, and Breading Table using First In, First Out method
    ScheduleRequirements
    • Available to work Monday through Saturday
    • Must work at least 40 hours a week.
    • Able to work as early as 5 am.
    Job Requirements
    • Be able to communicate with co-workers and leads effectively
    • Stand for long periods of time
    • Requires lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 40 lbs
    • Requires filleting and hand breading of product
    • Ability to multitask
    • Ability to learn quickly
    • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
    • Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace--hustle is a must
    • Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
    • Positive attitude, coachable
    • Checking for product quality and consistency
