Who we are Looking For
High level metrology Laboratory Service Engineer 3 capable of operating multiple tool types, generating and interpreting data, modifying recipes, and providing 1:1 support to technologists at the highest technical level.
Requires sufficient technical familiarity with tools and metrology techniques to manage vendors and interact efficiently with vendor field service engineers when need arises to help deliver maximum asset availability.
Tool sets include: optical and x
-ray thin film measurement systems (ellipsometry, XRF, XRR), atomic force microscopy (AFM), defect inspection systems, CDSEMs, Review SEMs, FTIR, TXRF (and others).
Make recommendations that enhance overall lab performance and workflow, help develop metrology lab capabilities and perform regular evaluation of key metrology assets using SPC methods.Shift and work LocationSwing Sift (2pm
