- Managing and leading the North American Hybrid Cloud Pre-Sales Specialists team.
- Development and training of the team to ensure they grow professionally while enjoying their roles.
- Helping design, configure and assist in verifying technical configurations to meet customer business and technology requirements.
- Providing feedback surrounding pre-sales calls with customers, sellers, partners & effectively managing their opportunities.
- Identifying areas to improve efficiency and effectiveness in support of the business.
- Provide cross-functional leadership across the organization.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years management experience with desire to grow.
- Experience in the technology industry (channel or distribution sales); sales or presales experience is preferred.
- Should have expertise or prior experience with selling or supporting various technologies: VMware, Red Hat, Dell, HPE, Lenovo, or NetApp; Understand their sales motions & programs.
- Strategic thinking and a strong desire to develop a Team.
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience, preferred.
