Head of Operations (m/f/d) at C24 Kreditservice GmbH.

  • What you bring
  • A (very) successfully completed degree, e.g. in economics, (business) informatics, engineering, or another quantitative field of study
  • Several years of leadership experience in the financial services/ecommerce or a comparable digital industry
  • Experience in an analytical environment (e.g. management consulting or similarly demanding role) or fintech environment desirable
  • Structured and resultsoriented work style combined with quick comprehension, strong analytical (process) understanding
  • High social competence, assertiveness and conflict resolution skills, as well as fluent German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel approximately 5 days
